YOGA Yoga is a way of life. The word Yoga coming from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj'.  The word 'Yuj' means 'to unite'. The ultimate aim of yoga is to unite our soul with the universal soul or with god. It teaches us how to live a happy and healthy life.
