Ways to live a stress free life by doing yoga


WAYS TO LIVE A STRESS-FREE LIFE BY DOING YOGA😊


In today's world stress is very common to every person. Many people commit suicide because they are not able to handle their stress. People thought money is the only thing which can make them happy, but the fact is money can never lead to a happy life. Understanding our own mind and control our emotions can only result in leading a happy life. This can be done only by Yoga.

Yoga teaches us breathing techniques which can reduce our stress. We even don't know the most important thing in this life is our breath without which we cannot live. How many times in a day we focus on our breath? I think no one even focuses on it.

How strange it sounds we don't even observe the thing which is most important for living. If we cannot give 10 minutes to relax our mind then what is the benefit of our living. We should give time to ourselves for a happy & stress-free life. 

Following yoga can be performed for a stress-free life:-

Deep Breathing:  

For performing this we should sit with back straight and eyes close. Relax your body and take a breath slowly. Inhale air in such a way that you should feel the air in your stomach and then exhale slowly. Inhale slowly for four seconds and then slowly exhale it for four seconds. Keep in mind while doing this exercise that you are taking balanced breathing. Do it for 10 minutes daily and feel the change.





Yoga Nidra:-

For performing this we should lay down on the flat surface and palms up. Keep in mind that you are feeling comfortable and there is no external disturbance that is distracting you. Then take normal breathing, try to focus on your body organs. Starting from the toe and moving upwards till head through all body parts by taking your attention towards each body part for at least thirty seconds. Keep in mind that during the focus on the body part feel it with full concentration. Do this for twenty minutes daily.



Anulom-Vilom:-

Anulom-Vilom is a part of Prayanam. It is very helpful to reduce the stress if done in a proper manner. It also balances our breath and cleans the nerves of our body. For doing this yoga one should sit with a straight back and straight neck. Close the right nostril with the help of the thumb of right hand, then inhale with the right nostril slowly. Close the right nostril and exhale with the left nostril slowly and vice versa. Repeat the process for a minimum of five minutes.
